For your convenience the Girl Scout Shop carries many of the items shown in the Girl Scout catalog, plus other merchandise (see other merchandise page).  Several options are available to you:

Shop at the Store: Come in, browse, and get acquainted with the helpful staff.  The store is located at 4803 E. Johnson in Jonesboro.  Store hours are Monday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Summer hours (June and July):  Monday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Special Saturdays 11:00 a.m.  - 3:00 p.m.

Use the Email:  Email your order to amartin@crgs.org in advance and we will have it ready for you. 

Use the Mail: Call the store at 932-2833 or 1-800-932-2833 if long distance (Arkansas Only) extension 100.  Place your order, staff will give you a total, then you send a check, Money Order or charge by Visa or MasterCard.  The order will be mailed to you.

Leader Meeting Delivery: Orders may be called into the shop and field directors will deliver to leader meetings, which occur once a month (check with your daughter's troop leader to find out when the next leader meeting is).  Give your check or money order to your daughter's troop leader and she can pick up your order.  These orders need to be placed by noon on the day of the leader meeting.

Traveling Shop: The Traveling Shop will be arriving in your area; during the months of August - November and at specilal events throughout the year.  Uniforms, pins, handbooks, and more will be offered for sale at a convenient location near you or check the calendar for Dates.  Call us for information about your town's date, time, and place. Gift Items:  for that special Girl Scout, Bridging, Dad a great job, Silver or Gold Award recipients, Graduating Senior or just because.

Holiday Shop Items: Keep in mind when making your Christmas lists that we have many novelty items in our shop for the Holidays. We will be glad to special order any items from the catalog.

Council Shop Return Policy: Please keep the following in mind when traveling to Jonesboro for items from the Council.

• NO REFUNDS or exchanges without a receipt.
• NO REFUNDS or exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase (with the exception of Official Insignia listed on the last four pages of the current year catalog.
• Merchandise should be returned in the original package.
• Girl Scouts of Crowley's Ridge Council reserves the right to refuse the return of used, damaged and/or discontinued merchandise.
• Special order returns will be charged a restocking fee.

IN THE CASE OF A REFUND

• Cash will be given for amounts up to $25.00 
• A check will be issued within ten (10) days for refunds over $25.00.
